Typically, Skunks are not the best climbers, sometime skunks will fall into a window well finding them unable to get out. Also, they may slip into a deep crawl space under a home or business causing them to spray their terrible odor and possibly die. If a skunk dies in an unexcessible area, it can take up to two years to decompose. We've seen instances where people have sealed off with concrete a skunk entrance assuming the skunk was gone. However, the skunk was not. It died and rotted in an unexcessible area causing years of stench. This type of situation can also cause property to devalue. |

Skunks dig denning sites for their young under crawl spaces, patios, and decks. They typically excavate about a five inch holes. We professionally trap and remove skunks normaly without the skunk spraying, creating horrible odors. |

There is a Skunk living under the front porch of my house. There is a concrete slab and the skunk is leaving under it. I called animal control and they set up a live trap in front of the hole - unfortunately this doesn't seem to be working. The spraying smell of the skunk is horrible and it is making my entire house smell. Please let me know if you service the boulder area and how long does it usually take to have you come. Thanks in advance |

I have a skunk in the duct work under my house. Any suggestions on how to get it out? I've set a live trap attached to one of the ducts, and the little rodent keeps getting the bait but doesn't trip the mechanism to make it trap him. The one time it did trip, there was a brick that had fallen in the way and the trap didnt lock shut. I have tried dropping flash lights down in the vents with ammonia soaked rags to help run him out, but that doesnt seem to be working either. It's been in there for about 2 weeks, obviously we've apparently been feeding it. Can you please give me any other advise to get it out? It's decided to spray just about every time we walk across the floor it seams. The smell is making me sick as well as my small children. |
