All of our traps are humane traps meaning that we use safe live traps. Different styles of traps are used for different animals. If you have a preference of trap that we use, your welcome to suggest alternative trapping techniques. Some states and cities allow the use of snap or body gripping traps, which kill humanly as they are activated by the animal. Customers may request a preferred trap.

4: After you have captured the animal, and removed it from our residential or commercial site, what do you do with wild animals, birds, or reptiles that are trapped?

Depending on the health of the animal, and the state or county law animals need to be euthanized or relocated in an area where they will not create a conflict to the public in the future. As much as possible we try to find a wild environment for them to be relocated in.

6: When trapping doesn’t work, what other methods could be used?

Pesticides, insecticides, and poisons can be used, however, professional trapping exclusion or block-out will normally solve the problem. (However it is important that we don’t block an animal in where it would die causing a dead animal odor, maggots, and fly infestations as the body decontaminates over the period of six weeks, to two years depending on the size of the animal.)

7: Do you exterminate through the use of pesticides or insecticides (kill products)

Yes, depending on the situation, we utilize kill products; however, we try not to use kill products inside of crawl spaces, attics, living or working areas for animal control, bird control, or reptile control, however, insecticides and pesticides are perfectly safe for humans or pets and can be used indoors for insect control.

  3. Do you accept credit cards or purchase orders as payment options?
  4. Why do you charge for trapping and removal of animals?

1: Is there a local government who will take care of the problem for free?

No, for liability concerns the city and county agencies do not take care of wild animal problems. If a wild animal, bird, reptile or insect is causing damage to your home or commercial building, it is your responsibility to hire a contractor like us to resolve the problem. City and county agencies are only helpful with tame or domestic dogs. They are not in charge of wild animals or cats. Dog work is the only work that is free from the city.
